With its strong breezes, swirling currents, and diversity of racing venues, the Bay offers racers some of the world's greatest sailing conditions - ones that are renowned for testing the mettle of top J24 sailors from around the globe. Team Rail to Rail (R2R) was formed out of our shared love of competition, success through high performance teaming, and joys of sailing well together. Over the years, we’ve experienced the “thrill of victory and the agony of defeat” and in the process learned a great deal. We created this site to share our knowledge and experiences with you. While the team still makes our fair share of mistakes out on the race course, we hope its collective insights will help you more quickly realize your own performance sailing goals.
